Danilo Dacha Bozovic is an international award-winning mixologist, bar owner/founder of national award-winning speakeasy Swizzle Rumbar & Drinkery, Miami, and Delirio Tiki Bar by Swizzle, as well as author of Best Cocktail Book 2022, The Art of Mixology, Bar and Cocktails.

About Danilo

Danilo “Dacha” Bozovic began his bartending career at the age of 20, in his hometown of Belgrade, Serbia where he was operating one of the best cocktail bars in the country and owning his own Bar School “Belgrade Bartending Academy”.

He moved to New York in 2011 to work at Employees Only until being offered the position of bar manager at EO’s sister concept, Macao Trading Co. While in this position, he penned his first book Barkeep: A Guide To Becoming A Professional Bartender in 2016.

Bozovic was given a partner position that lead him to Miami, where he opened Employees Only Miami and his own concept, Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery, voted in 2022 by Time Out Magazine as the #4 Best Speakeasy in USA and the #2 Top 50 Speakeasy in USA.
